1. Please confirm your shipping address before paying for it, you had better leave the phone number for contacting. Please provide a valid email address and check emails after you have purchased for any updated information.
2.Order processing time takes 3-5 business days before shipment. Deliveries take usually 1 week to 3 weeks! However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 2 months. It depends what you purchased/where you live! 3. Free shipping to worldwide by EUB, DHL, Dpex and so on.
4. Once we ship your package, we will send you tracking number once it is available.
5.Cancel Order Policy If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service after you order within 12 hours, before the order has been dispatched. We are not able to cancel an order after it is shipped out. Hope you can understand in this key point. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy. Return Policy If you want to return your item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days when you received it. Please provide your name and order ID when contacting our customer service. All return items must keep their original condition not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached and should be sent via trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or Federal Express. We are not responsilble for the package lost in transit. And you have to pay the return fee, actual shipping charges we afford, 20% restocking fee.
PS: Colour differences：The little colour difference may be caused by the shooting light, shooting angles and the display resolution and so on. But it is a normal phenomenon for online shopping so that all the products should be based on the material objects. Aleebystore is not liable to these additional charges once the package is shipped to you.
